Dear parents,
We bid farewell to Sally Sensei on the last Friday of August, making it a sad day for everyone. She gave hugs to all the children, who hugged her back just as tightly. Everyone said, ‘Daisuki and we will miss you!’ to Sally Sensei.

Friday, 13th September, 2024
Nania will celebrate the Mooncake Festival on the Friday before we have a week-long break in September.
Every year, Mooncake Festival is celebrated on the 15th day of the Eighth Lunar Month by Chinese people all over the world. On this day, the Chinese believe the moon is at its brightest and fullest.
The Mooncake Festival is marked by the display of lanterns in various sizes and shapes, symbolizing beacons that light the way to prosperity and good fortune. During this celebration, families come together to enjoy Mooncakes - a pastry typically filled with sweet beam, egg yolk or lotus-seed paste - while admiring the full moon.
The legend of Chang’er, the Moon Goddess in Chinese mythology is shared with children everywhere. According to the tale, Chang’er lives in the Moon Palace with her companion, the Moon Rabbit, Yu Tu. If you look really closely at the Moon, you might just catch a glimpse of the palace!
